Most privacy policies explain what data a company takes and what it does with it. Ours is simpler: we don’t take any.

What we collect

Nothing. Gemperial apps don't require accounts, don't include analytics SDKs, don't track usage, and don't send your data anywhere. There is no server on our side receiving anything from your device.

Where your data lives

On your device, and only on your device. Your books, files, annotations, and settings are stored locally. Uninstalling an app removes its data — we couldn't recover it for you even if you asked, because we never had it.

This website

gemperial.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and uses no third-party trackers. We don't know you visited, and that's the point.

Permissions

Our apps request only the permissions they need to function — storage access for a file browser, for example. Permissions are used for the feature you see, never for data collection.

Changes

If any of this ever changes, we'll update this page and say so plainly. No silent edits, no legalese designed to hide the answer.
